Health Fund and DVA Provider
Hastings Dental Centre has elected to become a participating dental provider for HBF, BUPA and Smile.com.au to make your dental treatment more affordable. Our Scarborough dental practice is also a registered dental provider for the Department of Veterans Affairs which enables us to provide dental treatment to eligible DVA card holders.
HBF Dental Provider
Are you an HBF member with dental cover. Hastings Dental Centre in Scarborough is an HBF member plus dental provider which means you can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses by attending our dental practice. HBF members are eligible to receive an examination and scale and clean without any out-of-pocket expense every calendar year. For for all other dental services you can receive a rebate of up to 90% depending on the your level of HBF Essentials cover. Plus there’s no gap to pay for kids on general dental services at Member Plus dental providers up to your annual limit. Please note that waiting periods and annual limits may apply. Bupa Dental Provider
Are you a BUPA member with dental health insurance cover. Hastings Dental Centre in Scarborough is a Bupa Member's First dental provider. BUPA members attending our practice are eligible to receive higher rebates of between 60% and 100% of the cost of their dental treatment depending upon the members level of extras cover. Annual limits and waiting periods may apply. Plus your kids up to the age of 25 maybe eligible for gap free dental treatment depending on fund rules, level of extras cover and annual limits. Smile.com.au Dental Provider
Smile is Australia's first dental plan. Smile members pay a yearly membership fee and reduced dental fees. There's no benefit limits, treatment exclusions or waiting periods and those people with health insurance dental cover may be able to reduce or eliminate their out of pocket expense. Veterans Affairs Dental Provider
Hastings Dental Centre is also registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide dental treatment to DVA card holders. Please note that eligibility for dental treatment vares between gold and white card holders and annual monetary limits, time limit restrictions and treatment pre-approvals may apply.
